Service, Booking & Payment Policy

This policy applies to all services and accommodations offered through Property Concierge Services and Essential Stays. By booking a service or reserving a stay, you agree to the following terms:

Payment (full or required deposit) must be received to confirm any service or reservation. No services or accommodations will be held without payment.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is submitted:

• Services are scheduled and resources are allocated
• Units are removed from availability
• No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted

For all lodging reservations:

• Booking secures your selected dates and unit
• Early departures or unused nights are non-refundable
• Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

For concierge services and custom requests:

• A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins
• Work will not start until payment is received
• Deposits cover time, coordination, and preparation efforts
• Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges

Clients and guests agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review all service or booking details prior to payment
• Communicate expectations clearly before services begin

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks for services rendered or reservations secured under this agreement.

Submitting payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
